Browser Game: Slaughter Hordes In Style With GemCraft

In GemCraft, an evil wizard has summoned hordes of monsters to run amok throughout unsuspecting villages, slaying the innocent, razing buildings, and generally making nuisances of themselves. Fortunately you’re a wizard yourself, with the uncanny ability of summoning gems and towers which, when combined, hurl colorful bolts of magic at the aforementioned disposable hordes. It’s Desktop Tower Defense meets PixelJunk Monsters, with RPG elements worked in.

To defeat the waves of monsters, you’ll have to plant towers and outfit them with gems. Gem abilities differ by level: slowing or poisoning enemies, hitting multiple baddies at once, rapid fire, and more, with a different “Grade” for every gem. The bigger and purer the gem, the the better its abilities. To get better gems, either wait till you have enough mana and buy one, or combine many gems to create one that’s not as pure, but combines some of the abilities of it’s components.

Gemcraft WalkThrough (Guide)

Basic tips

How to get the gem you want?
Make multiple gems with one click (press the create gem spell, then hold the Ctrl key and press an inventory slot). This gives you many random gems, hopefully including a few of the type you need. Combine them if you want and place them into your towers. The rest of the gems can be useful to make gem bombs. Combine them until you reach a grade high enough to damage the monsters, and use them when the situation looks grim.

How to reach the glowing frame score?
If you are at wizard level 40, you have a very good chance to get the glowing frame score on every levels. For most of the levels, you can do it even on a lower wizard level.

Try to get many amulets, e.g. build 10 towers, throw many gem bombs, create and combine many gems.

Click the topmost wave stone every time you feel you can handle the mass of monsters coming. Ideally press it 10 or more times at the beggining of the level.

Reaching the glowing frame score on many levels can unlock hidden stages.

What to do when you face a level which seems to be unbeatable
Redistributing your skill points can help a lot. If you have just reached a new powerful skill, don’t hesitate to put many points in it, even if it means you will have less points to spare on your previous skills.

Play former levels again to get a higher score. This increases your grand total and possibly levels you up. To see how many points you have to level up, roll over the info panel at the bottom left on the world map, or go into the statistics screen.

If you have unlocked a hidden level, don’t try it until you have the pure gem mastery skill.

See the special tactics below, they can help as well.

What The People Have Spoken About Warfare 1917

Fisteur:
“First, I have to say that I was really pleased to see a game set during the First World War, as it is far too uncommon compared to WW2.

The gameplay is great, you got to carefully plan you attacks if you don’t want them to end up as a pile of corpses laying in the no-man’s land. Which is a rather realistic depiction of the fighting, and that also deserves to be praised.
By the way, good job on the units, all of them are balanced AND useful (not always the case in video games).

The graphics are great, like the sounds but the soldiers movements sometimes seem to be “stiff” (they’re still far from bad though).

Bubble Tanks 2 Guide by Obeliskos

Bubble Tanks 2 isn’t exactly a complicated game. Just move around and shoot. The most complicated aspect is probably which class to choose. While most people can just go to the chat and ask what upgrade to get, some might want a professional opinion. Well, I’ve played through this game a few times, so you could call me professional, I guess. But whatever.

First, let’s talk about the weekly challenge - Kill 200 enemies. There are 7 days left to complete this challenge at the moment. That should be enough time, right? Well, you have to kill them all in one game. For the most part, it’s really not too hard, but I’ll go ahead and post the upgrades I made my first time through. Keep in mind, I beat the game this first time through, so maybe you should get these upgrades.

1. Balanced
2. Balanced Fighter #1
3. Fighter #3
4. Sniper #2
5. Ghost Sniper

Bubble Tanks 2 Review By Obeliskos

Bubble Tanks 2 is, obviously, the sequel of Bubble Tanks.

There is no plot to develop or anything, so Bubble Tanks 2 was made to improve on the last game by bringing us class upgrades, new weapons, more enemies, and a few bosses, not to mention Arena Mode.

Like the first Bubble Tanks, this game is all about running around shooting other bubbles. Some can put up a fight, some can’t. When an enemy is defeated, bubbles fly out and you collect them to grow. If an enemy bubble shoots you, you lose bubbles. After a while, you’re given a set of class upgrades to choose. There are 5 upgrades to be made, each choice leading to a different tank type. Which type should you choose in order to succeed? Well, that’s the fun about BT2: You have to experiment with things like classes to find out what the best course of action is in order to beat the game.

While the game is not particularly hard, since you can’t really “die”, it still takes a while to get all of those bubbles and upgrade your tank to the max. Due to this, the game gets repetitive, with only new enemies every now and then to keep it from getting stale. Nonetheless, it’s a fun game for a while. However, once you fully upgrade your tank and kill the boss, there is hardly much left to do. Search for the other four boss bubbles for the badge and you’re done, with hardly any motivation to play again.

Introducing Bubble Tanks 2 - Game Description and Rules

Bubble Tanks 2 Description:

Similar to Bubble Tanks 1, you must travel through giant bubbles, destroying enemy tanks and taking their bubbles to fuel your growth. As you grow, you constantly evolve and get ever better weapons. Ultimately, you’ll have to face the ultimate adversary and defeat it to win the game.

This game has been in development for a long time and I’m proud to finally release it! It has FAR more content than the first game- 26 unique tank states, over 30 weapons, and over 50 enemy types! Hundreds of comments on the first game have been considered in the development of this better version!

Thanks to everyone who has supported us in this and all our games!
